I write on Substack through my publication, Ascend, exploring spiritual leadership, consciousness, and the future of humanity.
Alongside my writing, I support individuals through the ascension process using advanced healing modalities, while helping purpose-driven organisations navigate a more conscious and future-aligned way of working.
About Me
Over the last twenty years, I’ve explored many different approaches to healing, consciousness, and transformation.
My journey began with A Course in Miracles (ACIM), a spiritual self-study curriculum centred on shifting perception from fear to love and the undoing of the ego. Over time, I came to recognise that, for many people, healing also requires a trauma-informed understanding of the body and nervous system, which led me to explore trauma-informed and somatic approaches.
I also discovered Byron Katie’s inquiry method, The Work, a practice of questioning our thoughts and beliefs, and how essential this life skill is.
More recently, my work has continued to evolve through working with higher-frequency intelligences, light codes, and other multidimensional approaches that I believe represent the next evolution in healing and consciousness.
Alongside this, I developed a much deeper understanding of discernment in the spirit world and the vital importance of maintaining our personal sovereignty.
One of the things I've observed time and time again is that people often stay with a single healing modality, which can unintentionally limit their progress. My experience—both personally and through working with others—has shown me that healing and higher consciousness often require different approaches at different stages of the journey.
Bringing Two Worlds Together
Before dedicating myself fully to this work, I spent over a decade as a Senior Policy Advisor in the UK Civil Service, including the Cabinet Office. I later joined a start-up before it launched, taking on multiple roles as we built the business from the ground up. I then went on to mentor other businesses.
Although these two worlds may seem very different, I no longer see them that way. Throughout my career, one thread has remained constant: understanding change, seeing the bigger picture, and helping people navigate uncertainty.
Today, I bring together my background in government, business, and systems thinking with almost three decades on the spiritual path to support individuals, leaders, and organisations navigating a rapidly changing world.
I believe the challenges of our time call for a new kind of leadership—one that brings together wisdom, consciousness, and practical action in service of humanity's future.
